In the small town of Tombstone lived a young man named Jack. Jack was the proud owner of the local saloon. There were many saloons in Tombstone but not a single one compared to Jack's Saloon. Many town folks would spend every afternoon there drinking to their heart content. But there was a certain fellow named Robert who was jealous of Jack and his success. The only reason people would go to Jack's saloon was that Jack offered the coldest beer in town. Robert said to one of the town's men,
"I bet if my beer was as cold as his, folks would come to my saloon" The town men replied, "Keep dreaming Robert there is no way Jack would ever tell you how he keeps his beer cold. He ain't stupid." Robert muttered back, "Who said I'm going to ask, I'll see you later I've got to go." Robert walked inside of his saloon. Robert came up with what he thought to be the most amazing plan, he was going to disguise himself and sneak into Jack's saloon and see inside one of his beer barrels. Robert was ecstatic about his plan he worked diligently for about a week on his disguise. When it was complete he started putting his plan into action. One evening he strolled into Jack's Saloon and no one seemed to notice him since the place was packed with people. He managed to slip behind the bar where the beer barrels were, he carefully opened one of them and peeked inside. Robert saw nothing, there was nothing but beer in the barrel. As he was putting the lid back on one of his hands slipped and he touched the bottom of the barrel and he noticed it was freezing. He smiled, he had figured it out, Jack kept the barrel cold by putting ice packs around the barrel. When Robert turned around to walk away, he was face to face Jack. As soon as he made eye contact with Jack, the only thing heard was the sound of a gun.

Maximus is a horse, but not any horse he is the king horse. Out of all of the horses in the barn, he is the all mighty. Maximus thinks he is an amazing ruler, he thinks he is judicious, understanding, and a great listener. The other horses feel like Maximus exploits them for labor, but they are all too scared to say or do anything. They are all scared of is tawny eyes, when every they look him in the eyes they get a chill down their spine. One day the horses saw farmer James building a house like structure near their pen, the horses thought nothing of this, but Maximus said,
" That building is my property and you all will help me get it.", The horses were terrified Maximus has never made them mess with the farmer's things. Maximus was determined to obtain the house looking structure, he made some of the naive horses help him paint the barn green and move into the structure. But there was this one horse who was done being Maximus subordinate servant, he was determined to take over the structure so all the horses could live in it. So he gathered a group of people who seldom listened to Maximus to help him repaint the structure red the color Maximus hates the most. Overnight the horses got to work and painted the entire structure red when morning came and the other horses saw what he did they applaud him. Then when Maximus saw he was furious he said, "I demand you paint it back to green or else" But the red structure gave them the courage to stand up to Maximus. All the horses shunned Maximus, and never spoke to him again. Little did they know they were all going to be moved into the barn eventually it was only a matter of time. Hereafter, all barns are painted red in honor of the horse revolution. Topic: Why did the Pirates bother making prisoners or enemies "walk the plank" instead of just chucking them overboard?
Once upon a time there was a group of pirates who were circumnavigating the world to find treasures. On the ship there was a captain who was known as Whitebeard. Whitebeard was known to be a ruthless man who plundered other ships resources, but something no one could deny was that he had good seamanship skills. He thought himself to be a very judicious fellow, he thought he always knew what was best for his people. That was until one day his cartographer Larry betrayed him. Larry had been giving other captains the maps leading to the treasures. Larry said, "they were offering me a bigger piece of the treasure, I could not say no." Captain Whitebeard was beyond angry he could not even explain what he was feeling at the moment. That says a lot because Captain Whitebeard seldomly ever got mad, and everyone knew when he got mad you had to run. That is when it happened. Captain Whitebeard ripped a plank of wood off one of the benches in the ship. He attached it right at the side of the ship and look at Larry straight in the eyes and said "jump". Everyone looked at Captain Whitebeard like he was crazy but no one dared to say anything. Larry saw he had no other choice so he approached the plank slowey and casualty. Then when he got to the edge of the plank about to fall to his doom he looked at Captain Whitebeard hoping he would change his mind, but captain showed no signs of mercey. Larry jumped off and everyone stayed frozen on the ground. Everyone was afraid, Captain then said "everyone go back to your duties". Hereafter the plank was used to punish a traitor or an enemie. |
